Just created this thing. Figured I should post it. Heres whats going on in my life right now.
I’m in the pit for the Stage Coach production of King and I. It’s kinda getting mad because I have had to cancel two important things in my life to attend the performances (Western Sun conference and senior night for pep band.) If I wasn’t getting paid for this gig, I would probally be out by now. I have rehearsals or performances for it everynight untill next monday.
Tonight is the Community School Jazz Band concert. Starts at 7:30, everyone should come out! CS is my favorite activity I’ve been enrolled in. Doug Stone is the director and probally one of my favorite persons I have ever met. He has helped improve my musicanship so much I honestley don’t know where I would be right now without him.
At the end of the week is college auditions. This week is hell week due to these. Friday morning I audition at NIU and Saturday at Roosovelt. I really want to get into Roosovelt, it’s an amazing school with an amazing music conservatory. NIU isn’t bad, but it isn’t my first college of choice. I’m going to try and practice atleast 2 hours a day before friday, boy am I glad I have a study hall.
